From the Manager of Benefits and Human Resources Information System, Department of Human Resources, requesting authorization to execute an extension to an existing Professional Services Contract with Morneau Shepell in an amount not-to-exceed $652,000 for benefits administration software services for the period effective January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2019; and requesting a waiver of Section 56.30(9) of the Milwaukee County Code of General Ordinances, in order to pay for services rendered prior to execution of the extension.
