From the Director of Total Rewards, Department of Human Resources, requesting authorization to execute an extension to an existing Professional Services Contract with Morneau Shepell in the approximate amount of $400,000 for benefits administration software services for the period effective January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017; and requesting a waiver of Section 56.30(9) of the Milwaukee County Code of General Ordinances, in order to pay for services rendered prior to execution of the extension.
