From the Director of Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits Division, Department of Human Resources, requesting authorization to purchase a stop loss insurance policy from Voya with a $350,000 deductible for coverage effective January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019, and requesting a waiver of Section 56.30(9) of the Milwaukee County Code of General Ordinances in order to pay for services rendered prior to the execution of the policy.
