From the Superintendent, House of Correction (HOC), requesting retroactive authorization to accept funding from the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program Jail Reentry Pilot Site Project (2017) in the amount of $80,000, effective January 1, 2019, and continuing for two future years if the HOC is successful in winning future grants.
