From the Milwaukee County Office of Corporation Counsel, requesting approval of a resolution authorizing Milwaukee County to enter into certain Settlement Agreements with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Allergan Finance, LLC, Walgreen Co., Walmart, Inc., CVS Health Corporation and CVS Pharmacy, Inc.; to agree to the terms of the Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding Allocating Settlement Proceeds; to establish an attorney fee account; and to authorize entry into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Attorney General of the State of Wisconsin.
