A resolution declaring a Right to Shelter in Milwaukee County so any person experiencing chronic homelessness or lacking access to safe housing will have accessible shelter; creating two additional Community Intervention Specialist positions, and accepting Emergency Solutions Grant funds from the City of Milwaukee to offset the cost for two years.
