From the Executive Director, of The Office on African American Affairs, submitting a passive review First Amendment with Y.W.C.A, increasing the existing 2018 Professional Service Agreement by $58,000, from $85,000 to $143,000; for additional racial equity normalization sessions/activities, which will be offered to all County staff, a change in a Y.W.C.A staff member; adding one new staff member and removing two staff members who are no longer employed with the Y.W.C.A. This also will incorporate a transition model, to support leadership/management coaching on racial equity and for facilitation roles to encourage training sustainability, within departments.
