From the Director, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Culture, requesting authorization to execute a Lease Agreement with BRG Lotta Burger, LLC, for food and beverage services at McKinley Roundhouse, whereby Milwaukee County will receive four percent of gross receipts, a contribution of one percent of gross receipts to a park improvement fund, and electrical utility reimbursement from May 1 through October 31 of each year, for a three-year term with two three-year extension options.
