Title: From the Director, Office of Emergency Management (OEM), requesting authorization to execute two Software Upgrade Agreements (II) and Maintenance Purchase Agreements with Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI), in the amounts of $6,784,212 and $84,912 for the maintenance, licensing, and on-site repair of the Milwaukee County 800 MHz public safety radio sub-system and the General Mitchell International Airport (GMIA) dispatch center, and to contribute annual funds to the Motorola Repair Bank for purposes of infrastructure repair and replacement for a 10-year term, and requesting a waiver of Section 56.30(8) and (9), of the Milwaukee County Code of General Ordinances, authorizing the Directors, OEM and GMIA, to pay for prorated services provided by MSI in 2018.
