From the Director, Department of Health and Human Services, requesting authorization to reallocate Community Development Block Grant funds toward the following projects: the creation of an economic development revolving loan fund focused on brownfields for suburban municipalities in the amount of $300,000; the purchase or rehabilitation of a warehouse facility for homeless supplies and donations in the amount of $300,000; emergency home repair assistance in the amount of $159,000; and security deposit assistance in the amount of $15,000.
