From the Director, Department of Transportation, requesting authorization to amend the Concession Agreement with InMotion MKE, LLC, (InMotion) at General Mitchell International Airport, by removing "86 square feet of space on Concourse D" and adding "558 square feet of space on Concourse D"; by removing "582 square feet of space on Concourse C" and adding "1,072 square feet of space on Concourse C"; by InMotion paying Milwaukee County a Minimum Annual Guarantee of $145,000 for the first year of the Concession Agreement to be adjusted annually to a sum equal to 85% of the total fees payable for the previous 12-month period, but never less than $145,000; and by InMotion investing approximately $650,000 in developing and equipping the stores.
