From the Director, Department of Parks, Recreation and Culture, seeking authorization to accept the donation of approximately one acre of land located at 9722 West Allyn Street, Milwaukee, adjacent to the Little Menomonee River Parkway, to be designated as park land and requesting that appropriate Milwaukee County staff be authorized to prepare, review, approve, execute, record and/or implement the required documents or perform actions to facilitate the acquisition of this property.
