From the Director, Department of Family Care (DFC), requesting authorization to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Contract with a properly qualified physician to serve as Medical Consultant to DFC for medical consultant services, with vendor service fees not to exceed a prorated portion of $100,000 in 2011, and to renew for one additional year, 2012, upon satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the DFC Director upon the same terms and conditions.

MCDFC operates a managed care organization in accordance with the Health and Community Supports Contract between Milwaukee County and the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. In addition to other requirements of the Health and Community Supports Contract, MCDFC is responsible for providing those services in the Family Care benefit package that ae medically necessary.
