Amendment 2 includes changes to the Master Agreement and Statements of Work 1 (“SOW 1”), 2 (“SOW 2”) and 3 (“SOW 3”) dated October 1, 2025 with Trinity for food services at the Community Reintegration Center, the Criminal Justice Facility, and the Vel Phillips Youth Detention Center (Joint Corrections). The changes are largely administrative and financial in nature and are intended to clarify payment terms, correct dates, align pricing structures, address prior costs.
