From the Director, Department of Health and Human Services, requesting authorization to amend the effective dates of an existing Purchase of Service Contract with the Guest House, which administers the Milwaukee County Safe Haven Program for homeless adults, from January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016, to October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016, to allow consistency with the Federal Fiscal Year.
