Superintendent, Chantell Jewell of the Milwaukee County Community Reintegration Center (CRC) requests authorization approval of Amendment 2 to the contract with Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) for HVAC preventive maintenance services at the CRC facility effective on July 1, 2026, and remains in place through June 30, 2027. The amendment is for preventative maintenance services and visits. The compensation and scope of the renewal is to not exceed forty-eight thousand eight hundred thirty-nine dollars ($48,839.00).
