I, Joseph J. Czarnezki, being duly sworn on oath, depose and say that I am the County Clerk in and for the County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin.  In such capacity, I did, on the 2^nd day of November, 2011, prepare a NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING which was sent by U.S. Mail to each member of the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors.  A copy of the notice is attached herein and made a part of this file.
