Background

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) issued an NR 216 Stormwater Permit to Milwaukee County on December 15, 2006.  The permit requires that Milwaukee County submit an annual report to the WDNR by March 31^st each calendar year.  The annual report provides status updates on each of the permit requirements.  The permit further requires that the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors review or be apprised of the content of the report.
