Subject to the confirmation of your Honorable Body, and pursuant to the provisions set forth in Section 63.01, Wisconsin State Statutes, there is to be a county civil service commission consisting of 5 residents of the county, who are reappointed for a term of 5-years by the county executive, or county board chairperson in a county that does not have a county executive.
