Subject to the confirmation of your Honorable Body, and pursuant to the provisions set forth in Title III of the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Resolution File 88-788, I am hereby appointing Mr. Jeremy Leveille, Senior Environmental, Health, Safety Specialist, to serve on the Milwaukee County Local Emergency Planning Committee as the facilities representative. Mr. Leveille has worked in the chemical industry for the past 22 years in various capacities. I am pleased to submit this appointment as outlined below:

Code or Statute:
Pursuant to ?59.54(8), Wisconsin Statutes, the Local Emergency Planning Committee is required to have members as specified in 42 USC 11001(c), which shall have powers and duties under 42 USC 11000 to 11050 and under ?323.20 and 323.21, Wisconsin Statutes. Superfund Amendments and Re-authorization Act (SARA) Title III (Section 301(c)) requires that the Committee consist of at least one representative from facilities subject to EPCRA requirements.
