From the Director, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Culture, requesting authorization to execute a Permanent Limited Easement with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for 0.1 acres of parkland located at the Forest Hill Community Garden at 1800 East Forest Hill Avenue, for the construction, operation, and maintenance of an interplant pipeline sludge system, and to accept a one-time payment of $2,159 for the easement.
