From the Director, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Culture, requesting authorization to execute an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District to remove the concrete channel from a segment of the Kinnickinnic River in Pulaski Park, to restore a more natural riverbed, while improving impacted park and recreation areas.
