From the Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the County Executive, requesting retroactive authorization to execute a Professional Services Contract with the Frank Zeidler Center for Public Discussion, in an amount not to exceed $7,500, for public information and input sessions for the period effective March 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016; and requesting a waiver of Section 56.30(9) of the Milwaukee County Code of General Ordinances in order to pay for services rendered prior to execution of the contract.
