From the Director, Department of Health and Human Services, requesting authorization to increase the existing 2016 Purchase of Service contract with Southwest Key by $150,785, from $956,535 to $1,107,320, to provide Level II in-home monitoring for an additional 10 youth in the Delinquency and Court Services Division, for the period effective May 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016.
