A request by the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors for a written informational report by the Milwaukee County Parks Director providing an update on the Administration's progress in implementing the request in adopted File No. 16-121 to seek the immediate rezoning as a park of each of the 43 at-risk parks by whatever process is required within the municipalities where each is located, and the identification and protection of all other land controlled by the Parks Department, including but not limited to, agricultural land, marshland, forests, and any other parcels not currently zoned as parkland, from being sold by the County Executive without the protection of parkland zoning.
