From the County Board Chairman, requesting an informational report from the County Executive and the Director, Department of Administrative Services, on draft Legislative Reference Bureau (LRB) Bill 2669/1 and LRB Bill 3986/1, relating to budgeting procedures for populous counties and certain other counties, that propose to allow the County Executive to choose whether to offer an annual or biennial County budget, and grant additional statutory powers to the office, if the two year option were selected.
