The Committee on Finance and Audit, at its September meeting, requested that the Department of Administrative Services - Fiscal Division (DAS-Fiscal) publish the "Fiscal Trends Analysis". This report was last provided by DAS-Fiscal in 1999 and utilizes a model created by the International City/County Management Association to help determine the financial health of a local unit of government.
